Calibrated to "float" the pack between 56.5V and 59.5V, which is low enough to reasonably ensure no individual cell sees over 4.2V, but theoretically high enough to shut off at over 90% SOC.

Plastic "saddle bags" are actually portable hanging file folder cases you can get at any office supply store. One side can simply be pulled out of its' "socket" by the handle.
