Vehicle	2011 John Deere 1028e 28" two stage snowblower.
Motor	Golden Motors HPM5000B Brushless DC Golden motors fabricated this motor for me with a custom shaft for an additional $50. Very reasonable.
Controller	Sevcon Gen4 Size 2
Batteries	2 SP-48V25-EP, 48.00 Volt, Lithium Iron Phosphate I really didn't want to go this route, but the equivalent SLA batteries would have weighed 280lbs, assuming I could have found somewhere to mount them.
System Voltage	48 Volts
Charger	Schumacher INC-4825A 48V 25A
Heater	Hand warmers -- worth it!
DC/DC Converter	Drok 48V to 12V 15A 180W For lights, power chute, and hand warmers.
Top Speed	6 forward, 2 reverse.
Range	The heaviest use was after a storm that dumped 18" to 24" of snow. We have a large drive and it took a little over an hour to clear, all on one charge.
Conversion Time	Approx. three months.
Conversion Cost	Ridiculous, mainly because of the LiFePO4 batteries.
