Motor	Leroy Somer 4KW old model, 4 poles, aluminium, 30 KG 3-Phase AC We bought this ancient motor in a junkyard and rewound it to 48VAC. It works like a champ! Got about 20HP peak power, but we think it could provide much more with higher voltage.

DC/DC Converter	Unknown, Chinese. Two fo them, 10A each
Top Speed	37 MPH (59 KPH) It has no gears and voltage is low; torque ends abruptly at 2100 rpm (aprox).
Acceleration	0-20 mph: 2 seconds 0-30 mph: 7 seconds
Range	20 Miles (32 Kilometers) Not really sure; maybe 20 miles of forest paths. About 1-2 hours, depending on driving.
Seating Capacity	2 adults
Curb Weight	480 Pounds (218 Kilograms) We tried to keep close to the original weight (420 lbs).
Conversion Time	About 1 year and a half. Tried different components along the way.
Conversion Cost	Probably around $4000, mostly battery+controller
