Really happy with the conversion, My Tesla just sits in the garage waiting for more long distant trips. The bug is a fun Daily driver and so far, super reliable. This car drives exactly like stock with the regenerative braking acting like compression of the old internal combustion engine but with a lot better bottom end acceleration and much smoother ride. The regenerative braking with pressure transducer in the brake system helps very nicely with the stopping ability. Also added disk brakes. Very pleasant to drive!! In my opinion AC with regen is the only way to go!! |
