ADC + Curtis + LiFePo4 Batts + CVT

The CVT will give the motor better response at the higher range of RPMs

25-Oct-09 Can't believe my last post was 1 month ago!!

Progress: CVT has cover now, controller nicely under the seat now, battery cells will go inside old 'petrol' tank, next week wiring (at last!).

29-Sept-09 I started applying rust-converter to make sure the original frame is, well... free of rust patches.

Also, I finally got the CVT and motor on the frame with the right size belt, and beautifully in line...

About the on-board generator-charger, once it's in place (not at stage1, since I been busy just with the mechanic parts for a while now) will charge the single battery bank, at all times. Instead of having 2 separate battery banks, I will have them all in single one, 72V and plenty of juice (Amps).

5-Sept-09 Finally sprocket & bearings in the right place, there was a mis-communication error between design and engineering :) next week all will be on the frame!
I expect it to be street ready by November-09 !
