Vehicle	1975 Elcar Zagato 2000 A 1975 Zagato Zele, made in Italy, and imported into the US during the energy crisis of 1974-75. In the US, they were renamed as the Elcar and were sold through a network in Elkhart, Indiana

Controller	Curtis Installed Curtis controller after removing the original three stage contactor and installed a reversing contactor in the system for backup.
Batteries	8, 6.00 Volt, Lead-Acid, Flooded Original It had and eight 6.00 Volt factory battery configuration under the floor of the cabin in a slide out tray. There was a Main Battery Disconnect Switch under the floor just inside the passenger door, and once this was removed the tray could slide out to the passenger side of the vehicle.
