Originally it sailed on currents of air however after what looks like a few accidents it is finding a new life in my hands as a electric solar sailer.
I built this boat for competition in the 16th annual Solar Boat Regatta May 17th at Lake Phalen in St. Paul put on by the MN Renewable Energy Society. So if my tests go well and everything checks out with the judges I'll be racing Saturday! :)
