would love to try a car conversion at some point in near future or more than likely distant future. i am probably going to wait to see how the whole EEstor battery technology thing pans out if you haven't heard of this you need to google this company founded by former employees of xerox and someone from dell with investments from zenn motor company (holding the rights to use in an electric vehicle) and lockheed martin US military weapon builder and more. they claim in a EV car (which zenn announced the cityzenn) the car would be able to travel 130km/h range would be 400kms on a FIVE minute charge. check it out google eestor or zenn or email me if you want a link
