| 4/6/08 Now that the motor is in the car and i have brakes that work, i decided to go for a spin around the block. So i grabbed my jumper cables and the marine battery out of my boat..... I think i could have walked faster but i still got a kick out of it. 5/14/08 It is starting to look liike a car! The fenders are on. The potbox is in and hooked to the pedal. I was able t make a tach sensor using a hall effect sensor from Digi-Key and some magnets. In neutral with 12v my motor spins 1600RPM. Last night i started buliding the rear battery box. | |
