Well she is completely road legal I have a vin she is inspected and I have plates and insurance. I took my road test for my license with the bike. That was a experience but went well and I have my motorcycle license.
I'm tweaking the suspension and fine tuning the ride. I so enjoying riding the bike.

Version 1 is basically complete and I am now going for a VIN number. I have a inspection date by NYS DMV the week of 5/19. I've sent in all the paperwork and hope to have her on the road within 2 weeks

The goal of this project is to design a frame around the batteries so that no added weight was needed to hold the batteries resulting in a very light weight bike. The box frame design turns out to be very strong. The bike is a works in progress. As of 2/16/08 I finishing up the head light, brake lights, turn signals and horn. Then I'll start working on the LifeP04 batteries. I have 48 3.3 volt 20AH cells sitting on the bench.
