there is the aircraft starter motor bolted to a 1/4 aluminum plate thats bolted to a suzuki RM250 5 speed gearboxwill be 1 to 1 and a 1/2 gear ration from the motor to the transmission..will use stock gear ration from transmission to rear wheel sprocket..
