The electric Jeep uses my battery scanner which is now available for $592.33 and scans up to 20 batteries displaying on a 2 x 40 vacuum tube flourescent blue-green display mounted between the dash and windshield. This has prevented unknown battery failures from stopping the vehicle. The charger and vehicle display is mounted on the left side of the dash. 18 of the 20 batteries are mounted uncerneath the vehicle with a 3" body lift kit from calmini.com. My previous Electro-Metro had to have the batteries in the removed back seat area and this vehicle since there are so many aftermarket parts available made it easy to retain all four seats. Batteries are in inspection hatches at floor level for cleaning and watering. Mark E. Hanson (Solectrol) 184 Vista Lane, Fincastle, VA 24090 540-473-1248 phone/FAX |
