4/2/04 Completed Carpool and EV charging stickers applied. Batteries changed (replacement US-2200's) Battery interconnects upgraded to 2/0. Temperature monitor mounted on dash. Homemade heatsink mounted on Curtis 1221C. DCP DC-300 mounted above controller. New stereo (Alpine 9803) and speakers (also Alpine) installed. To Do Suspension overhaul (all struts replaced) New tires mounted (Nokians) Additional instrumentation (battery amps, aux amps, pack voltage, aux voltage) This is my daily driver, I commute 22 miles per day, with a top up charge at work. Over 2000 miles so far, and over 150 battery cycles. Two battery lug failures (used wrong connectors). One fixed in field. One required tow home. |
