DC/DC ConverterCC Power C400

This converter failed after four months of use. Neither the manufacturer nor Electro Automotive would honor the warranty or even tell me if there was one. I now use a separate deep cycle battery for the 12 volt system and charge it as needed.

This is just estimated. I never tested it.

Range was my biggest disappointment in this project. I live in a rural area and the nearest city of any size is 40 miles away. This may lead me to sell the car.

This is an estimate since I don't know the battery pack capacity at a high discharge rate.
