Assuming it is 254.8lb without motor since it weighs 140 exactly. However there were other parts that came off too, but they were not weighed. Current assumption is that the bike now weighs around 436.8lb with batteries and motor.

Oct 2, 2009 - Already torn down for an upgrade to 72v. Will be removing a portion of the frame to accommodate a 6 battery rack.
