UPDATE tried 52 tooth sprocket,it helped quite a bit,but still not enough i think i will change the freewheel pinion from 16 to 13 tooth.

update,13t freewheel helped a lot,it does over twenty without pedals im now going to lace 20"rims to the rear hubs.this should get the gearing about pefect,and will help a lot with stability
update, with new 20" wheels im getting about 25 mph without pedals,better stability and acceleration,but the gearing is still to high,will be going with a 60t sprocket next,hopefuly that will get it.i really dont want to use a jackshaft,the bike already has three chains.4 chains will create too much drag
