This is my best recorded range to date.
Car was travelling at 40 mph at the 39 mile range mark, but speed curve dropped drastically in last 5 miles. Max speed at the 44 mile mark was around 20mph.

EV was completed about 10 months ago. Best recorded range of 44 miles on 8-22-09. To increase charging efficiency, I replaced all #12 wiring with #10 copper wiring from house panel to charger on 08-29-09. #10 Romex was already installed on dedicated 20A circuit. However, a #10 extension cord was added, and #10 copper wiring was installed in EV wiring. A current sensing relay was also added with signal lights to indicate "charging" (red) and "charge complete" (green).
