I've spent a few weeks replacing the battery pack and installing a tilt-bed

--Except for the tilt-bed installation, I've kept the truck pretty stock.
--There are a few dings on the tailgate.
--The cabin heater is pretty wimpy. No AC
--Its probably getting near time to replace the pack, but I think it would be better to replace it with a single string of 26 70Ah batteries and invest the difference in a battery management system.
