| I'm on the road. Many thanks to Rick Lane of REV. What a fun car! A 20 km trip requires a recharge of 6 hours at 5 Amp or 3 hours at 10 Amp . I can cruise (on the flat) at 80kph at 60 Aps (50mph), 90kph at 90 A mps (55mph) and 100kph at 120 Amps (62mph). Recently, I was able to reach 130 kph before traffic held me back. At that speed, I was sucking 300 Amps from the batteries. [20 new Optimas, freshly charged, were sagging down to 114 Volt at this load. (nominal 120 Volts) ] | |
