The quality of the car is comparable with a standard VW Golf. The EV-components are very nicely integrated to the base-car. The reliability of the car is high. The company HEC sells used and new CityStromer A3. Also HEC has all spare EV-components and the technical know-how for the CityStromer. The batteries are maintenancefree and guaranted for a period of 3 years or 30000 km.
