Vehicle	1975 Honda GL1000 It's the first year of the Goldwing. The bike is in decent shape, though the more I work on it, the more I find. I paid more for it then I should have, since I don't know if it even ran to begin with, but it was exactly what I was looking for and I have the "I want it now" complex.
Motor	Haven't decided yet. I'm thinking: D&D Model #ES-15A 48-72VDC 10hp Any suggestions are welcome.
Drivetrain	Shaft drive, 3.44:1 I am planning on putting a CVT on it that ranges from 1:1 to 3:1, which should give me smooth startup and good high end... or so I have convinced myself. I'll let you know how it goes.

Batteries	6, 12.00 Volt, Also to be determined.
System Voltage	72 Volts
Conversion Time	Total: 4 hours 7/29/07 4 hours: Remove body panels, muffler, alternator, fluids, and prep engine for removal.
